IT HAS BEEN A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH YOU SINCE THE ORGANIZATION
OF THE BOARD ON SEPTEMBER 12, 1966.  I REMEMBER THAT YOU WARE AT THE
FIRST MEETING AND HAVE BEEN VERY REGULAR IN ATTENDANCE AT SUBSEQUENT
MEETINGS OF THE BOARD.

WE ALSO APPRECIATE THE COOPERATION OF YOU AND YOUR STAFF IN MOVING THE
AGENCY CIVIL SERVICE BOARD RECORDS TO OKLAHOMA CITY.  YOUR CONTRIBUTION
TO THE SUCCESS OF OUR ORGANIZATION HAS BEEN TREMENDOUS AND WE APPRECIATE
IT VERY MUCH.
